Port Chester Marching Band in Spider-Man 3

I saw the new blockbuster movie Spider-Man 3 this past weekend. In one scene involving a parade, I identified the uniform of a New York marching band I’ve been familiar with. The band appearing in the movie is Port Chester High School Marching Band from Port Chester, New York. I’ve seen them more than a few times through my involvement with marching bands in the northeast since 1999.

The band also appeared at the movie’s New York premiere. Congratulations to everyone involved with the event and the special appearance in the movie.
