Band Banquet

I just returned from the Jackson Memorial High School Marching Band Banquet. I’m going to miss these students next year — they’re a great bunch.
Not only the seniors, but the juniors, sophomores and freshmen as well. I wish I could have known them longer. There was more I wanted to say while I had everyone’s attention at the banquet, but this was the seniors’ day, and I didn’t want to take away from that. The last three months have been a great experience for me and my life has been enriched by these students.
